Witches Only Dating maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse, child sexual exploitation (CSAE), and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in all forms. This applies to every user, every profile, every message, and every piece of media on our platform. There are absolutely no exceptions, and no content that sexualizes or exploits a minor will be tolerated, stored, or distributed at any time.

This platform is strictly for users 18 years of age and older. At registration every user must declare they are at least 18, and our Terms of Service prohibit use by anyone under 18. To enforce this we: • Require age statement at account creation. • Use AI-powered photo verification to detect images that are inconsistent with an adult user or that match known indicators of minors. • Require a visible selfie verification for profile photos so every account is tied to a real adult person. • Suspend any account suspected of belonging to a minor pending review, and permanently remove confirmed underage accounts and their data.

Users are expressly prohibited from: • Posting, uploading, sharing, or soliciting any sexual image or description of a minor (CSAM/CSAE). • Using the platform to groom, contact, solicit, or recruit minors for sexual purposes. • Implying, role-playing, or referencing the sexual involvement of anyone under 18 in any way. • Using profile photos, gallery images, videos, or chat messages to distribute or link to CSAM. • Sharing external links or contact details intended to lead another user to CSAE content. Any attempt to do any of the above is treated as a severe violation subject to immediate and permanent enforcement.

We use layered, proactive moderation to stop CSAE before and after it reaches the community: • Automated AI screening of every uploaded photo to reject AI-generated, fake, or policy-violating images at the point of upload. • Mandatory selfie verification so each account is backed by a real adult face, not an avatar or stock image. • Human review of all reports flagged with the "underage" reason, prioritized immediately. • In-app reporting on every profile card and every chat conversation so any member can surface suspected CSAE in one tap. • Periodic re-verification that may require a fresh selfie to confirm the account holder's identity and age.

Anyone — including non-members — can report suspected child exploitation: • In-app: tap the flag icon on any profile card or any chat to file a report and select the "Underage" reason. • Email: report to safety@witchesonly.app at any time, including any profile, message, image, or link believed to involve a minor. • External reporting: confirmed or apparent CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org) and to the appropriate law-enforcement authorities without delay. • Users in the United States may also report directly to NCMEC at 1-800-843-5678.

When a report or detection indicates CSAE: • The offending account is permanently banned immediately, with no reinstatement and no appeal for CSAE violations. • The associated content is removed and access is revoked at once; the offending account is blocked from re-registering to the extent technically possible. • We preserve relevant account and content records and report to NCMEC and the appropriate authorities as required by law. • We cooperate fully and promptly with law-enforcement requests and investigations into child sexual exploitation, including identity and records where legally permitted. • Repeat or related offenders are proactively blocked from onboarding anywhere our detection tools allow.

We believe preventing the exploitation of minors is a shared responsibility. We provide: • Clear age and conduct rules visible at registration and inside the in-app Policies. • One-tap reporting tools and plain-language reasons so members can act quickly. • Links to expert resources, including NCMEC (missingkids.org), the CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org), and Take It Down (takeitdown.ncmec.org) for non-consensual intimate imagery. • Continued staff education on CSAE indicators and reporting obligations.
